Privacy notice

We collect as little as we can. This page explains what we do collect, and why.

Our tools

The flood planner keeps what you type in your own browser, on your device. It's never sent to us. You can clear it from the planner at any time.

The contact form

• What we collect: your name, email address, the subject and message you write, the page you sent it from, and your browser's user-agent string.
• Why: to read your message and reply to you.
• Lawful basis: legitimate interests (answering people who contact us).
• Processor: Cloudflare runs our website and delivers form messages to our inbox. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're not a bot.
• How long we keep it: we delete contact emails after twelve months.

Analytics

We don't currently use analytics. If we add Google Analytics, it will stay off unless you accept it in a cookie banner, and this page and our cookies page will say so.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address below. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
