Drystead is general information about protecting a home from flooding in the UK. It isn't professional advice for your home, and it isn't an emergency service. Check the official sources we link to, and use a qualified surveyor, electrician, Gas Safe registered engineer or installer for work on your home.

We take care to keep pages accurate and dated, but rules and products change. If you spot a mistake, see our corrections policy.
